My stay at the hotel was quite pricey, especially with our late-night private function, but the newly refurbished rooms were tastefully done, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere felt more like a posh hotel than just a regular tap room.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially when I was feeling a bit rough from the night before. They catered to my needs promptly and the housekeeping service was excellent throughout.

The location was adequate for our annual pilgrimage to Knockhill for the BTCC, though it seemed a bit tired. It's a bit out of the way unless you have a car, but being close to the M90 was convenient for accessing the Highland Show, which was our purpose for the trip.
Dining
8.0
The dining area was large and excellent, especially for the evening meals. The only downside was the limited menu choices for longer stays. However, the cooked-to-order breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day.
Facilities

The hotel provided great facilities, including fresh-baked scones and cooked-to-order meals. However, they were slightly limited in options for longer stays.

The hotel offers nicely decorated and very clean rooms. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The location is convenient for those in close proximity to the motorway or Rosyth port, but the rooms can be a bit out of the way unless you are driving. The dining experience is excellent overall, though the menu choice for extended stays may be limited. The hotel facilities are very nice and recommended.
